Coach JC is the founder of  WIN ALL DAY, a peak performance company that builds WINNERS & WINNING teams through Personal Development.

We Do This Through Coaching, Consulting, Training & Curriculum. We Specialize In Human Performance, Personal Development, Leadership, Mental Performance & Personal Branding. We Serve Corporations and Organizations, Athletes and Athletic Teams, First Responding Agencies and Entrepreneurs.

He has been a part of building 17 Championship teams working with athletes from College, NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, and Olympians.

Coach JC is a passionate coach and trusted advisor to high performers and has empowered thousands of people to WIN in life through his 6 books, professional speaking, podcast, coaching, social media, and the WIN ALL DAY movement.

As an entrepreneur Coach JC has launched 5 companies and a non-profit within the personal development and business arena.

It didn't start there... After throwing away his college basketball career, ending up over $400k in debt, suicidal, in the fight of his life, in a custody battle to see his daughter and be a dad, coach JC was able to create a new story for his life. Now he is on a mission to help as many people WIN in life!



Matthew K Klingeman received a BA, majoring in accounting. He holds a masters degree in taxation. He is a CPA and has worked in accounting and tax for the last 15 years. 

Matt worked at the IRS for 8 years. His experience at the IRS included responsibility for small businesses, complex individual returns, large complex partnerships and multi-national corporation audits. Matt lead multiple national projects including abusive transactions and transfer pricing projects. 

Matt leads LSH’s tax, valuation, financial advisory and related consulting services to individual and commercial clients.


John M. Thetford is a former managing partner for the Stipe Law Firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has tried over 30 Jury Trials and has received Three Multi-Million Dollar verdicts for wrongful death, defective products and nursing home neglect. He is a former Board Member of Oklahoma Association for Justice.

Grant Thetford began his career with Levinson, Smith & Huffman, P.C. upon graduation from law school in 2018, practicing in the firm’s litigation department. While attending law school at the University of Tulsa, Grant was a part of several organizations, including Phi Delta Phi (the International Legal Honor Society), and received several honors, including being named to the Dean’s Honor Roll and a CALI Award (Criminal Procedure). 

During his time in law school, Grant interned at United States Attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma and with the Northern District’s Magistrate Judge T. Lane Wilson. 

In addition, Grant enjoys volunteering in the Tulsa Community for organizations such as Lawyers Fighting Hunger and Catholic Charities. Grant’s practice is focused on Litigation with an emphasis on Oil & Gas, Personal Injury, Insurance/Bad Faith, Nursing Home Neglect, and Environmental Litigation.



Paul Smith is the Co-Founder of Covenant Wealth Advisors. He has attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification and focuses on Private Wealth Management and Retirement Plan advice for organizations of all sizes. 

He is a native Oklahoman and proud graduate from The University of Tulsa. Though he was twice named an Academic All-American, Paul is most known for what he accomplished on the football field at TU and beyond. Paul had a record-setting career as a quarterback at The University of Tulsa and was named the Most Valuable Player in three consecutive Bowl games. 

After graduation Paul fulfilled his lifelong dream of playing quarterback in the NFL, spending two years with the Jacksonville Jaguars. In the athletic arena Paul was known for his strong attention to detail and sincere passion in helping others succeed, traits that have carried over to his clients in serving as their trusted advisor. 

Paul enjoys golfing, the lake, and many other outdoor activities with his wife and four young children.



Deedra Determan started her career working in television for one of the top media companies in the country and later became a marketing consultant in the television industry.

Determan went on to launch a niche website for moms in her local market with over 100,000 moms visiting the website each month using the power of Facebook. After one year from launching, Determan sold the website to Oklahoma Media Company, Griffin Communications. Determan went on to launch a digital marketing agency, D2 Branding that was recently recognized as one of the “Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America” by Entrepreneur magazine’s Entrepreneur360.

Determan is the host of the Do It My Way Podcast Show, empowering women business owners and CEO’s to do business on their terms with no regrets, hesitation or fear.  Deedra is proud to serve on the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association Board where she is an advisor to the marketing and membership departments.




Jose Miranda has a magnetic personality combined with a natural ability to lead and inspire teams to win, have fun and achieve results.  

His career spans over 20 years leading both small and large groups of people as a university chaplain, and as the Head of the pastoral department of a mega church. 

Most recently, Jose successfully led teams in the Direct Sales industry for a social commerce company and became the #1 income producer for the country of Puerto Rico with over 100,000 members who came through his downline.  

José Miranda is an excellent communicator, public speaker, writer and life coach as well as avid social media personality.  

He lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his beautiful wife Krista. José has five wonderful children. 


Moses Ehambe, "HOLLYWOOD" is an experienced world wide Professional Basketball Player, Coach, former NBA apprentice, and Personal Development Coach with a demonstrated history of working in both the sports industry and with professional clients. 

He is well known for his energy, effective coaching, authenticity, leadership, and public speaking skills. He is a strong community leader and social services professional with a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian University and a Business degree from Oral Roberts University. 

If it wasn’t for Coach JC and the building stages of Win All Day, He would not be the husband, father, leader, and professional that He is today. 

 Moses’ lifestyle embodies Coach JC’s “Win All Day” culture which overflows into everything he does. This mindset has produced a life characterized by always seeing the glass half full and never half empty. He’s discovered that a formidable mentality manifests when you truly believe “everything is exactly what you need.” An inner strength develops and girds you with the courage and “Godfidence” it takes to face life’s ever- evolving challenges.


Dave Owens is a renowned sports personality, best known as the President of Eagle Training Systems and inventor of the Hand Speed Trainer™. 

Owens' passion for sports training has been a driving force throughout his life. He first made a mark in the world of football. However, it was his transition to bobsledding that truly defined his career. In the challenging and exhilarating world of bobsledding, Owens showcased his exceptional talent and determination, earning a prestigious spot as a four-time member of the U.S. National Bobsled team.  Dave was also nominated to carry the U.S. Olympic torch across a portion of his home state.

As the President of Eagle Training Systems, he became a leading figure in the industry, shaping the way athletes train and excel in their respective fields. His innovative approach to training led to the creation of the Hand Speed Trainer™, a groundbreaking tool designed to enhance athletes' hand speed and agility.

Throughout his professional journey, Owens has remained dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential. After undergoing surgery for testicular cancer, Owens' legacy continues to inspire aspiring athletes and sports enthusiasts, serving as a testament to the power of determination, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Owens graduated from the University of Tulsa where he earned a Bachelor’s in Sports Science. Dave and his wife, Kim, have been married 22 years and are proud parents of eighteen-year-old triplets, Kennedy, Ike, and Madison, that are now attending the University of Arkansas, Drake University and Oklahoma Christian University.


Harry has been a successful entrepreneur since starting his own apparel
company in 2008, which has given him the opportunity to work with professional, college, and high school sports programs across the United States. His wide range of clients have benefited from his out-of-the-box thinking as a creative graphic designer, marketing specialist, and big picture visionary.

A 2007 Oklahoma State University graduate, Harry worked with the women’s basketball team during head coach Kurt Budke’s first two seasons. He has also operated within the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) space since 2021.
Throughout his adult life, Harry has faithfully volunteered for various churches, non-profits, youth sports leagues, and community organizations. He especially has a heart for helping kids succeed in life.

Harry has been married to Catherine since 2018 and will soon be welcoming his daughter Hannah Elizabeth.

Broadcast D1 college basketball on ESPN and Fox College Sports for 9 years on TV. Won a 2A men’s Oklahoma basketball state championship as an assistant coach at Rejoice Christian School. (Largest class in Oklahoma with 96 schools).
 Travels across the United States to teach/coach/speak at K-12 schools, colleges, universities, Churches, Youth Groups and businesses about the success and failures of athletics, business and life while maintaining a love for Jesus Christ


Stephen Gunn is a Coach, Entrepreneur, Co-Business Owner, and champion for those around him to win! If you ask him what his most meaningful role is, he will say he is first a son, then husband, and loving father of four. His favorite “position” is shared as husband and father! He truly enjoys and carries a passion for being present as a dad and husband day in and day out with his family.

Stephen walked on to the D1 baseball program at Oral Roberts University as a Catcher. That opportunity opened up doors to speak to crowds about the good news of Jesus in multiple countries abroad. Stephen graduated with his degree in Communications and Business from ORU in 2002, and moved into the business management and sales arena within the Tulsa area. Fast forward, and now Stephen, his wife and their four children live in Broken Arrow, working in the Media and Broadcast arena, and for fun they enjoy traveling as a family and getting to share in the wonderful cultures.

Stephen is one of our Win All Day Strength coaches at our HQ facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has been in leadership development, training, and/or coaching since his Junior year at ORU. Being a leader by one definition is easy – having influence. However, Stephen is challenged to be a great leader and help others do the same- making a positive influence/ impact walking out their God given calling and purpose – thus having fulfilling and positive influence in their God given arena of life. 


Cole Taylor is a Coach, Entrepreneur, International Speaker, and founder of The Starting Line. Over his career, Cole has coached thousands, including Fortune 500 business owners, professional athletes, pastors, and famous musicians. 

He has also spoken for audiences of over 30,000 people across the world, and shared the stage with many industry greats like Ed Mylett, John Maxwell, Robert Kiyosaki, and Kevin Harrington. 

As a licensed & ordained pastor, certified personal trainer, former Division 1 athlete, certified Empire Operating System implementor, and Masters in Business Administration holder, Cole has a unique perspective to help people find growth in every area. 

Cole’s mission is to inspire and empower people to step into the MORE they were created for.


Yemi Ogunoye predominantly played basketball as a 6'9" shooting guard/small forward in college as well as professionally. Due to his versatility and skill set, he additionally played the power forward and center position assignments. 

He was recognized as one of the best defensive players in all of college basketball guarding all positions from the 1 to the 5. Yemi studied Health Exercise Science in college while learning the key elements to becoming successful in improving ones performance.

Yemi is now the Founder and CEO of Yemnasium. Basketball training with integrity with a mission to elevate teams and individual players by increasing their skill level, all around work ethic, and most importantly their knowledge of the game.


Larry Owens was born and raised in Arizona and was a collegiate basketball standout at Oral Roberts University. 

After his college career he played 13 years of professional basketball. Larry played for 3 NBA teams and played in Europe. 

After his basketball career Larry continued to stay involved int he sport he loves. He coached 5 years of AAU basketball, was a middle school Dean and head Varsity Girls Basketball coach. 

Larry is passionate about see kids win and is committed to helping them get the opportunity to play at the next level. Coming from nothing he wants kids to know that there are people that care and want them to WIN.


Justin is an all around athlete. He played on several championship football teams throughout his high-school and college career. 

As a high school football standout he was All state, district player of the year, and athlete of the year.  In track & field Justin was conference champ in the 100, 200, and 4x100 .

He attended Southern Illinois University as a student athlete and was named All conference and academic all conference .

After college Justin continued his athletic career as a CrossFit competitor. He is CrossFit 2 time individual CrossFit games competitor. In 2013 named the 17th fittest man on earth - sponsored by Reebok.

As a businessman and entrepreneur he is the Founder of Locked and Loaded passing academy and has trained several College, HS, and youth QB’s, WR’s, and DB’s. In business has organically grown and built several successful businesses.


James Kruse is a husband to Sarah and dad to Seth, Micah, Levi, and Emma.

James graduated from ORU with a finance degree and played basketball for the Legendary Coach Bill Self. James was voted Captain his senior year helping lead ORU back to the Postseason for the first time in 15 years.

His working career is expansive and full of success and heartbreak. James was a teacher and Head Basketball Coach for 6 years at Lincoln Christian School and then moved into full time ministry for 15 years. 

Then 6 years ago he led his family to plant a Church in Boston that was shut down because of COVID and now lives back in Tulsa serving others and his family.

James’s passion is simple; doing things to help others, serving others and showing the love of Jesus… and chocolate, Godfather movies and Boston Sports.


Steve is Currently an Athletic Director within Oklahoma City Public Schools District. He holds a Masters in Sports Administration and a Bachelor’s in Physical Education.

He held the position of USA Futsal Federation Vice-President as well as the USAFF National Teams Program Director. He also served in the State of Oklahoma on the Oklahoma Futsal Association Executive Board. He currently sits on the Executive Board as the Nutmeg Sports Director of Operations non-profit.

He has served in Numerous roles in the Professional sports ranks within Game Day Operations with the OKC Energy FC, Rayo OKC, and the OKC Barons Hockey Team.

He spent 23 years in the highschool Coaching ranks as a soccer coach and has served in many capacities in leading the Oklahoma highschool Soccer Coaches Association as President and serving on the highschool Soccer Advisory Board for numerous years.

Steve spent 10 years as a Collegiate Coach at all levels.cThroughout his career he has been awarded numerous awards and accomplishments. He was named United Soccer Coaches Oklahoma Coach of the Year 7 times.

During his Journey as a Soccer athlete, Steve was able to achieve what most don’t ever get to achieve and compete at a professional level.
